A Greener Tomorrow Starts with a Cleaner Today

A Greener Tomorow Starts with a Cleaner Today

Cleaning the front of church of San Vicente so that the people that are going to church will be in a clean environment while serving the lord.

Poking out dry leaves from a tree so it will fall and grow new leaves.

Picking up plastic waste so the school is clean, and the environment is healthy for students and teachers.

Picking up dried leaves in school so that it will look clean and not laying around everywhere.

Planting trees so that we will avoid flooding in our home and also to make our environment healthy and the air that we breathe in.

My Reflection of First Quarter

During the first quarter, I learned many new things both academically and personally. I discovered new topics in subjects like Math, Science, and English that helped me improve my thinking and communication skills. I also learned how to manage my time better and balance schoolwork with personal responsibilities. Most importantly, I gained a better understanding of myself my strengths and weaknesses.

One of the main challenges I faced was time management, especially when multiple assignments and projects were due at the same time. I also struggled with staying motivated during hell weeks. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed, especially when I didn’t understand a lesson right away or when I had to work with a difficult assignment.

To solve these challenges, I started using a planner to organize my tasks and set deadlines. I made an effort to review lessons earlier and ask questions whenever I didn’t understand something. I also talked to my teachers and classmates for help and support. Practicing self-care like taking short breaks, getting enough sleep, and staying positive also helped me stay focused and balanced.

Moving on, I will continue to improve my study habits and time management skills. I will be more proactive in seeking help when needed and try to stay consistent with my efforts. I also plan to be more open to challenges and see them as opportunities to grow. With the lessons I’ve learned in the first quarter, I believe I’m more prepared to face what’s ahead with confidence and determination.

My Life, My Thoughts A Blog About Me

I'm Ryel my full name is Ryel Benedict A. Salvador, i'am currently 15 years old, my birthday is in May 22, I was born in the year 2010. We are a family of five. Both of my parents have jobs, my mother is teacher in PISAY, and my father is a soldier. I have two older siblings; one my sister is already on college and the other one my brother is still grade eleven. We live in Calongbuyan, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

I have two hobbies, I like planting and baking, my father and mother are both economical people so the day we’re born we’ve been trained not to waste and to grow plants, while the time past by i grow to like planting and learned the benefits from it. Back when it’s still pandemic i discovered different indoors activities to do, the most that caught my attention is baking, it’s really easy and simple, I learned how to bake just watching YouTube videos. I also like to watch anime, and I also read manga’s, manhwas, and novels.

I play a lot of sports; my main sport right now is lawn tennis. I started playing lawn tennis since grade eight. Lawn tennis is really hard sport because you need to be really fast to hit back the ball, you need to have a high stamina too. I'm also working on my social skills; I am great at socializing to people but sometimes I might offend them.

Nutrition Month is celebrated in the Philippines. It’s not just a long month campaign but it’s a reminder of the important role of nutrition plays in building a healthier, cleaner and more prosperous nation. Nutrition month have a lot of activities and let people or inspire people t eat more healthier foods.

In this year Nutrition month I participated in the nutrition jingle. We make our own version of the song called aawitin ko sasayawin mo and we also made our own choreo  of the dance. We practice for weeks to master our jingle, Im one of the people that made the dance steps. Our song is about telling people that we need to eat more healthier foods and avoid unhealthy foods, we also made our own props by using recycled materials. We didn’t place in the top three but we are ok with it because we had a lot of fun in the process and we learned a lot also. When the nutri jingle is finished my classmates prepared for selling healthy foods, we help them bg buying they’re products and promoting they’re booth.

Nutrition is important for the body it keeps our body healthy. Nutrition month is more than just a yearly observance, it is a vital investment in public health, it’s very important to continue this tradition so many people will be knowledgeable about nutrition.

Oh Ano Babad na Babad na kame dito oh BBM

Dear president Bong Bong Marcus, my family supported you during the election and me too, we thought you will be a great leader to lead the Philippines. But I was wrong, a lot of people notice that you have done nothing much to improve this country, people are still experiencing poverty, a lot of places are being flooded, death rates, teenage pregnancy are increasing each year. If we knew that it will be like this, we wouldn’t supported you.

You have a lot of potential to make the Philippines a better country, but you failed, you let your people down. I was very disappointed because I think you will be the one to change people’s life's   but again you failed. But still, you can change your ways and make our country for the better. Election is almost had if you want people to vote again, you must be great leader, you can start by helping the poor and helping people that have been experienced disaster I really want the Philippines to be a safe and healthy country, and you have the power to do that.

Please Bong Bong Marcus make our country better, help a lot of people, be kind, be a great leader to you people, help us, guide us, and lead us because that is your duty as president, this is only my message to you, and I hope you reflect after reading this.
