Last week at Ilocos Sur National High School felt a little different from the usual days. I woke up early, feeling both excited and a bit sleepy, knowing it was going to be a busy school day. When I arrived at school, I was greeted by my classmates and the familiar sound of students chatting in the hallway. Even though it was just a regular high school day, moments like these made it feel special because I was surrounded by friends and teachers who made school life enjoyable.
.Every grade level had their own performance. Students from each grade prepared a dance and presented it in front of everyone. When it was our grade level’s turn, we all felt a little nervous but also excited. Once the music started, everyone just focused on the dance and enjoyed the moment together.
After performing, we watched the other grade levels show their dances. It was fun to see the different styles and energy from each group. Some performances were very lively and energetic, while others were more organized and creative. The students were cheering and supporting each other, which made the atmosphere even more exciting.
Even though the only activities we did that day were dancing and watching the other grade levels perform, it was still a very enjoyable experience. It was nice to see everyone showing their talents and having fun together, after we went to mang inasal and eat a lot of food because we were all tired.
